Every morning, before the next shift opens, the desk sends each partner a reconciliation file. It is the only document that matters for your income, so it is worth five minutes to understand it.
The five columns
Each line is one payment. Time, account, direction (inflow or outflow), amount, and status. Status is either reconciled, pending or reversed. Only reconciled lines accrue commission.
The two totals
At the bottom you see confirmed inflow and confirmed outflow for the shift. Multiply the first by 3% and the second by 1% and you get the commission figure on the last line, converted to USDT at the settlement-time rate.

The line that moves your ceilings
Just above the totals there is a clean rate: reconciled lines divided by all lines. Above ninety eight percent for a week and the desk raises ceilings on its own. Below ninety five and Rohit will write to you before the next shift.
What to do if a number looks wrong
Reply in the desk chat with the line time and the account. The desk re-checks against the bank statement the same morning; a corrected file replaces the old one and the difference is paid with the next settlement.
The file is not a courtesy. It is the contract for that day, written out line by line.
हर सुबह, अगली shift खुलने से पहले, desk हर partner को reconciliation file भेजता है। आपकी income के लिए यही एक document मायने रखता है, इसलिए इसे समझने में पाँच मिनट लगाना सही है।
पाँच columns
हर line एक payment है। समय, account, direction (inflow या outflow), रकम, और status। Status या तो reconciled है, pending या reversed। सिर्फ़ reconciled lines पर commission बनता है।
दो totals
नीचे आपको shift का confirmed inflow और confirmed outflow दिखता है। पहले को 3% और दूसरे को 1% से गुणा करें और आपको आखिरी line का commission figure मिलता है, settlement के समय की rate पर USDT में converted।

वह line जो आपकी ceilings बदलती है
Totals के ठीक ऊपर clean rate है: reconciled lines भागा सभी lines। एक हफ़्ते अट्ठानवे प्रतिशत से ऊपर रहे तो desk खुद ceilings बढ़ाता है। पचानवे से नीचे हो तो Rohit अगली shift से पहले आपको लिखेंगे।
अगर कोई number गलत लगे
Desk chat में line का समय और account लिखकर reply करें। Desk उसी सुबह bank statement से दोबारा check करता है; corrected file पुरानी की जगह लेती है और फ़र्क़ अगले settlement के साथ मिलता है।
File कोई courtesy नहीं है। यह उस दिन का contract है, line by line लिखा हुआ।
